When Ted came to give me an estimate, he immediately put me at ease. Not only was he professional - but informative and knowledgeable. He only estimated for the work that needed to be done and he and his crew did a great job!

Ted was very friendly. He answered all of our questions. He did't try to oversell the job that needed to be done, to fix our leaking foundation wall. Ted and the other workers showed up on time and were courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner, and cleaned up after completion.

Honest, Quick, Friendly, Knowledgeable and responsive.  My shop vac is now in the garage where it belongs vs sucking up water in the basement.  We had a major snow storm day prior to job and was assured it would not disrupt their schedule.  Sure enough, they arrived when they said they would and finished up with in the time frame they projected.  Also, discovered I had a thicker than normal floor... best part for me is, there was no up-charge to the quote Ted provided.  Stood by his verbal word to me during the quote process. Goes to the honest comment in the beginning.

Price was the most reasonable and included extras higher priced companies did not. So we took a chance and went with him. Nice Surprise! He tarped EVERYTHING. He was detailed and actually cared about not getting dust on other levels of my home. The job is Beautiful and we are dry as a bone for over a year now.
